Morning / Day:

Brush your teeth with Astris Fluoride-Free Toothpaste for 2 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly.

Evening / Night:

Brush again with Astris Fluoride-Free Toothpaste.

Dry your teeth.

Twist the whitening pen to release the gel.

Apply a thin, even layer to each tooth.

Keep your mouth open for 30 seconds.

After 10 minutes, rinse well with warm water.

Repeat daily for 7–14 days, depending on desired results.

Using Astris Fluoride-Free Toothpaste before applying the whitening pen helps the gel work more effectively and makes whitening results last longer. For best results, follow the bundle as a complete night routine.

Toothpaste: Suitable for adults and children aged 3+ (use a pea-sized amount for kids under 6).
• Whitening Pen: Use once daily for a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Re-treatment may be repeated after at least 3 months.
